Outdoor Learning Day - 17th May 2018
The whole school took part in a 'Global Outdoor Learning Day' where children all over the world used the outdoor environment as a classroom to do various activities. At Oakfield each year group choose a different activity to do:
YR 1 - Observing the clouds, their formation, colours and how they move.
YR 2 - Art based activities
YR 3 - Measuring the height of the trees
Yr 4 - Classifying the type of animals found by the pond
Yr 5 - Find different materials to build with
Yr 6 - Collecting natural objects to paint or print with into a collage
